Profiting With PLR Ebooks.
Posted by: | CommentsMany really don’t have the time or writing skill to create an ebook from scratch. Writing a book takes time, dedication, and hard work if the ebook will be of quality. Many people also don’t have the desire to write a book, and they find that purchasing a PLR ebook is the best solution for them.
PLR ebooks are ebooks that are sold with private label rights. Each book can therefore be edited or rewritten by the person who purchased it because they now own private label rights on the ebook.
They can sell or giveaway their end results which could turn out to be a unique book. Results will vary depending on how much of the book is edited. Using PLR ebooks are an easy way to profit.
Keep in mind when dealing with private label rights ebooks that you will need to do some rewriting and tweaking with your PLR ebook until it is exactly the way you want it to be. Choose ebooks from quality providers to avoid getting ebooks with substandard writing, grammar and punctuation errors. You should also use images to spruce up your ebook.
Make it Unique!
You can achieve this by simply changing the title, and content contained within the ebook enough to make it original. Everyone’s ideas and backgrounds differ. No two people edit exactly the same way. Put you into the content and it will definitely be unique.
Once you have tweaked your ebook and are ready to release it, you can head over to sites like Clickbank to sell it. There are many sites that allow you to easily sell digital goods.
The ebook can be sold as your own ebook with no credit going to the original author, but with only a fraction of the hard work that would be required if you had written the whole ebook from scratch.
Make sure that the end result of the PLR ebook is of high enough quality that it helps your website to profit. If subscribers see that you are offering them is poorly written shoddy material, they might feel that anything else you have to offer will be of low quality. In order to ensure that your PLR ebook is effective, take the time to ensure that it is well designed, well written, and good quality content.
If you purchase a number of PLR ebooks within the same genre, you can combine them all into one larger ebook that can then be sold for more money than you would be able to sell a number of smaller ebooks.
If you use email marketing as a means to attract visitors to your website, you will find that offering an ebook to potential subscribers for free is a great way to entice people into signing up for your newsletter. Providing quality to your subscribers will get them to stay on your list. While you could write your own ebook, using PLR ebooks for your giveaway are less time consuming and you can edit it to make it unique.
These are just a few ways that you can use private label rights ebooks for profit
PLR, The Dirty Little Secret Of Internet Marketers?
Posted by: | CommentsWhy does PLR get such a bum rap? It might be because so many unscrupulous PLR sellers make their living selling crappy private label rights content which is either badly plagerized, unreadable or nonsensical. Unfortunately many don’t find out this harsh reality about most PLR content until after they purchase since they can’t read the content beforehand.
PLR, when sold in this condition is a huge turn off to many internet marketers. So even though they are in great need of content they choose to go without, leaving their blogs stale and barren and their emailing lists super quiet.
Because they have been swindled in the past by a PLR seller, the idea of buying more private label rights content may leave a sour taste in their mouth. Or they may have never purchased themselves but heard horror stories from their friends and fellow marketers.
Word of mouth spreads very quick and unfortunately many quality providers are being lumped within the same category as shoddy providers.
Some may choose not to use private label rights content because they are afraid of having their websites penalized by popular search engines. Many are successfully using PLR without being penalized.
However you should repeat any article on the same website, whether it is PLR or not. From what I have learned, you are penalized when more than one page of your site carries the same content.
You may not know this, but many internet marketers are successfully using PLR without you even knowing it. You really don’t know how many blog posts and info products like ebooks, videos and reports, you have came across and enjoyed that actually are or started off as private label rights content.
Because of the stigmatism that is attached to not creating all of your own content, for many internet marketer it has become their dirty little secret when in reality there is absolutely nothing wrong with using private label rights content at all.
Contrary to what you may have thought or may have been told by others it isn’t a crime or an unforgiveable sin to use PLR. PLR is a tool just like any other tool that an internet marketer would use to help make their job easier while they create their income from home.
In fact, PLR is one of the coolest tools around because it can be whatever you want it to be.
You might purchase a pack of articles and use it as blog content or you may be inspired to take it even further and use it as inspiration for your own content based on ideas that you formed while reading the content that you bought.
PLR, which is extremely versatile, can be used as:
- Status Updates – Provide bite sized quality content to your audience.
- Videos – Create a slide show or become the main attraction when you star in your own video and speak your PLR articles to life.
- Audio – Accomadate those who are on the go by providing your content in audio form that they can add to their MP3 players and listen to whenever they have the time.
- List Building – Use ready made informative PLR reports as a free giveaway to entice your target audience into subscribing to your emailing list or take a pack of content and create your own report.
- Feed Your Readers – Use PLR content to fill your blog with quality posts that will keep your blog fresh and your readers coming back for more.
- Groups – Create groups on social networking sites like Ning networks or Facebook, centered around one main topic and provide quality content to your group members.
- Pictures – Take stock photos that you can edit and add bite sized chunks of information from your PLR articles. Be sure to add your website link somewhere on the photo. Keep it small but large enough to be noticed. Share your new pictures with friends and fellow marketers on social networking and bookmarking sites like Twitter, Facebook, Ning networks, StumbleUpon and Digg. Take it a step further and turn your collection of pictures into a video slide show or PDF that you can either sell or give away.
- Events – Use private label rights content as the outline for your business chat via telephone, Skype or online webinar. Tweak or edit the content to make it personal for your and your guests.
Now it’s completely up to you whether or not you let your customers or readers know that you use PLR products. It really doesn’t matter if you don’t. Not creating all your own content, doesn’t affect the products or posts that you put out if they come from a quality PLR seller.
The choice is yours because PLR content sellers keep your purchases confidential. I personally never reveal who is using my content and wouldn’t unless they submitted a testimonial and didn’t mind if I shared it.
If you need PLR content because:
- You aren’t good at writing.
- You don’t enjoy writing.
- You have writer’s block.
- You just don’t have time to crank out the amount of content that you need to keep going.
Visit a quality PLR store like ShopForPLR.Com, EasyPLR or PLRMiniMart and purchase the “tools” that you need so you can keep the content flowing where you need it.
Don’t limit yourself and what you can achieve just because it wasn’t written by you. Personalize it and add your voice to it so it sounds like you.
Do a little research if you like and add to the content. There is so much you can do when you have quality PLR.
Just like you wouldn’t throw away an outfit after just one wear, don’t throw away your private label rights content either. Use it in various ways. If you used your PLR as blog content, why not make a slide show or audio recording. Get creative and work your PLR so it works for you!
